Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. Announces Pricing of Offering of Common Stock

MINNEAPOLIS, April 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. (NYSE: INSP) (“Inspire”), a medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative and minimally invasive solutions for patients with obstructive sleep apnea, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock, at a public offering price of $58.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, Inspire has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Inspire. The offering is expected to close on April 16, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities and SVB Leerink are acting as lead managers for the offering.
